Child Care Licensing Pre-Application Workshops
In this 2-hour workshop, DHS' Licensing Specialists talk about the requirements that must be met in order for individuals to obtain a license to operate a child care business.

DBE Certification for Arkansas State Department of Transportation Contracts
Intensive training co-hosted with the Arkansas Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Contractors Association (ADBECA) for all business owners interested in performing highway-related work in Arkansas. To access contracts available through the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD), business owners MUST obtain their Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. Examples of eligible businesses include those involved in the following type of construction or industries: asphalt, bridges, cement, construction, demolition, electric, erosion, earthwork, excavators, fencing, guardrail, general contractors, hauling, landscape, roadwork, reinforcement, surveyors, traffic control, utilities, and others.
