Privacy Statement

As financial service professionals, the employees of Southern Good Faith Fund and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates are entrusted with sensitive financial information. We respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to treating customer information responsibly. We believe your privacy should not be compromised. At the same time, we want to offer you the array of financial services you need to accomplish your financial goals. We believe we can do both through the privacy policy outlined below.

Recognition of a Customer's Expectation of Privacy
At Southern Good Faith Fund, we believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. And while information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our customers' trust. Thus, the safekeeping of customer information is a priority for Good Faith Fund.

Collection and Use of Customer Information
We collect information regarding our customers when we believe it would be useful (and permitted by law) in handling their accounts and transactions with us. Much of this information constitutes nonpublic personal information. This information may be collected from a variety of sources, such as the following:

Information customers provide directly to us, such as a Social Security number and personal income;

Information about a customer's transactions or experience with us or our Subsidiary and Affiliate companies, such as account balances and payment history; and

Information we receive from third parties, such as consumer reporting agencies. We use information regarding our customers for a variety of reasons including facilitation of transactions in servicing a customer's account, identification purposes in protecting a customer's account and safeguarding against unauthorized access to customer accounts and information, identification of additional products and services that may be beneficial to a customer and identifying and mitigating potential risks or losses to us.

Maintenance of Accurate Information
Southern Good Faith Fund has established procedures to ensure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete, in keeping with reasonable commercial standards. We also pledge to respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

Limitation on Access to and Protection of Information
We authorize our employees to access customer information only in situations where a valid business reason for knowing such information exists. Our employees have a responsibility to keep in confidence what is given to them in confidence. Our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects customer accounts and transaction information from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures
We safeguard information according to established security standards and procedures, and we continually assess new technology for protecting information. Our employees are trained to understand and comply with these information principles.

Collection and Use of Customer Information Via Our Web Site
Visitors to the Southern Good Faith Fund Web site (www.southerngoodfaithfund.org) remain anonymous. We do not collect unique identifying information about you individually unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide us that information, and we do not send you "cookies." We do collect general information about your visit, such as when you accessed our site, which pages you accessed, and what Internet provider you used when you accessed our site. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
Southern Good Faith Fund places strict limits on who receives specific information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data. We may share information with such companies if they provide a product or service that may benefit our customers. Whenever we do this, we carefully review the company and the product or service to make sure that it provides value to our customers. We share the minimum amount of information necessary for that company to offer its product or service.

We may also share information with unaffiliated companies when: they assist us in providing our products and services to our customers; in the normal course of our business (for example, with consumer reporting agencies and government agencies); it is legally required or permitted in connection with fraud investigations and litigation; and at the request or with the permission of a customer.

We may share customer information with our Subsidiary and Affiliate companies in order to better serve you, our customer.

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
When Southern Good Faith Fund conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
