Southern Good Faith Fund supports the Aspiring Scholars Project within our Asset Builders Program to encourage families to save for their children’s post-secondary education expenses. This project is intended to support the State of Arkansas’ new pilot program, the Aspiring Scholars Matching Grant Program (ASMGP). Under ASMGP, enrolled families will receive matching funds for their children’s 529 Savings Account.

To encourage enrollment in ASMGP, Southern Good Faith Fund is collaborating with partners in Jefferson and Phillips Counties to increase public awareness of the program. Also, Southern Good Faith Fund is offering a $100 seed deposit for 140 families who apply for enrollment in ASMGP.
